Nadja Böhme Appointed CEO

We are happy to announce that Nadja Böhme was appointed CEO at Factworks and will be managing the Berlin headquarters from now on.

Nadja has been supporting the company with her knowledge and expertise for over 10 years now. Prior to joining the management team, she held the position of a director as well as Head of Marketing. 

While holding these positions, she gained deep expertise in managing international projects, enabling her clients to gain deep insights about their customers’ experiences and expectations. As Head of Marketing, she constantly fostered innovative research approaches; her efforts were rewarded as she recently won the German innovation prize from BVM.

She will now primarily be responsible for organizational strategy as well as customer relations, external representation of the company and overlooking process and project excellence.

In her new role, Böhme will be working closely with Axel Bichler, founder and CEO of Factworks who operates from the second office based in Silicon Valley, US.
