From celebrating 22 years to earning top industry accolades and sharing insights worldwide, 2024 was a milestone year for Factworks. Here’s a look at what we achieved together.
With each passing year, we strive to make a greater impact through insights, and this year continued that tradition. Celebrating our 22nd anniversary was a reminder of how far we’ve come since our founding. For over two decades, we’ve navigated evolving market dynamics, strengthened partnerships, and maintained our commitment to delivering actionable insights. And we are still making waves in the industry.
In 2024, we secured several accolades including a spot on the GRIT Top 50 most innovative insights suppliers, marking our 4th consecutive year on the list. Additionally, our CEO and co-founder, Axel Bichler was an Insights250 Winner placing us among the top global thought leaders in the industry.
We conducted research in 26 countries and surveyed over 333,000 people. Our work spanned diverse industries and audiences, providing valuable insights that informed critical decisions. For these research projects, we earned a remarkable Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 96, underscoring the trust and satisfaction of our clients.
Besides conducting research, knowledge sharing remained a core priority for us in 2024. We presented, published, and engaged with the market research community at events and conferences such as the A&I Summit, Quant UX Con, and GOR. We also published in Greenbook, Quirk’s, ESOMAR’s Research World, and Planung & Analyse.
Our team grew with the addition of 7 new colleagues, each bringing fresh perspectives and expertise. We also celebrated the growth of our existing team, with 7 well-deserved promotions recognizing the hard work and contributions of our talented team. Beyond professional achievements, we made time to connect and celebrate our successes with numerous team events and activities.
