2019 at Factworks

They say that time flies by when you’re having fun, but it still never ceases to amaze us just how fast time can actually pass.

It feels like it was only yesterday that we went on our annual company outing to Hamburg and had fun competing in games, taking a boat ride and growing closer as a team. Even some of our US colleagues didn’t want to miss out and visited for this occasion.

Yet, 2019 was also a busy year here at Factworks.

We conducted research in over 150 countries and 1 in 2 of our studies took place in more than one country at the same time. All in all, an incredible 1.7M people took our surveys, while we kept making our surveys even more respondent friendly. At the same time, we grew our client relationships and are happy to have a recommendation rate of 100% promoters on our side.

And in-house too, there were a lot of changes. We welcomed 16 new team members, gained an additional day off and generally revamped our company benefits to stay a great place to work at.
